The 25th International Congress of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (25th ICTAM) has taken place from 22 to 27 August 2021. following the edition of the 24th ICTAM held in Montreal in August 2016.

Due to the covid-19 pandemic, the 25th ICTAM has been organized in a fully virtual format for the first time in the ICTAM history.

The Organization of 25th ICTAM-Virtual has been supported by AIMETA, the Italian Association of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics, in collaboration with Politecnico di Milano and Università di Pavia, which provided the highly experienced and motivated Local Organizing Committee.
